Dressbarn - Horrible Customer Service--They make returns a battle so I will NOT return.
After shopping about 10 days previously I returned to the store to pick up a pair of pants I had special ordered. In the process, I brought back a pair I had purchased because they didn't fit right.
The associate IMMEDIATELY accused me of wearing the pair of pants that still had the tags on them! She couldn't deal with my indignation so summoned her manager whose first words to me were, "Are YOU the one that is making my employee stressed?" They did finally accept the return of the pants--both pairs before it was through. But, it was at the expense of having to listen to the managers garbage, including saying there was cat hair on the pants and lint. The pants had hung in my closet until the day I returned them and had never been worn.
Just obvious nonsense intended to discourage returns.
They will not have to worry about me anymore. Just be advised, be advised.
